• For wagering contribution, slots count 100%, Sports Betting counts 50–100%, and table games count 10–20%

• Bets placed during a system outage may not be considered valid
• Bets placed on match-fixed or corrupt events will be voided

If Takago detects unusual or suspicious betting patterns, we reserve the right to withhold payment while an investigation is pending.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Takago. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds on deposit.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account under a false identity
• Abuse of the bonus system or bonus abusing
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to place bets
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Betting with third-party funds or money laundering
• Collusion or conspiracy with other members in betting
• Exploiting any game vulnerability or bug

Takago reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If you breach any part of these Terms & Conditions
• If evidence of a false identity or fraudulent information is found
• If you fail age verification or are under 18 years of age
• If suspicious financial activity or potential money laundering is detected
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• If a member requests to close their own account

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded, subject to wagering requirements being met.
